Nigerian Labour Congress to shut down

Nigerian Labour Congress says it would have no other option than to tell workers to stay at home if the the current fuel scarcity increases.
The Congress would do so to help workers at least curtail the difficulties of going to work which at the moment would become impossible if fuel scarcity continues.
